Digital Drag Race is a microsite designed to promote Intel's brand new i7 Extreme processor to the professional digital designer community. Viewers can watch professionally produced videos that feature digital artists competing against one another to see who can make the most badass animations. It's a format similar to an online Project Runway for designers. Winners of these drag races win prizes such as new computers and software bundles.
Besides the official contestants in the races, fans and other designers can contribute their work to the social space by uploading their own creations to the youtube channel. Those uploaded videos are also featured on the Digital Drag Race site.
